Mike offers high level personal training for people wishing to improve their fitness, sports performance and shape their body. He has previously worked in Elite Sport learning from some of the best coaches in the industry at the Michael Johnson Performance Center in Dallas, Texas. Working with NFL, NBA, MLS, High Level College athletes and kids.

Mike uses the best methods in the industry to help you achieve your goals, such as;

Metabolic Rate analysis to determine your caloric intake based on your actual metabolism! Helping with body composition goals such as muscle gain and fat loss.

Sprinting Gait Analysis & Fitness Testing, monitoring your lung and heart efficiency for sports athletes.

Running gait & VO2 Max Analysis for endurance runners.

Similar to personal training, but training in small groups with those who have similar goals. Reduce the cost from 1-2-1 personal training.
