At PEAKMYBODY we use Scientific Proven Strength & Conditioning Methods to help every athlete to improve their performance, so they can be at the top of their game. Utilising fitness testing, sprinting testing & analyising movement bio mechanics, we individualise programming to refine you as an athlete.

Perfect your training

Through analysis of your sprinitng, fitness levels, and jumping performance, we will develop a program tailored to helping you reach the top of your game.

We identify what aspects of your performance that you need to improve through our analysis. This then allows you to train optimally. Helping you to avoid over training and save you from wasting time & energy performing exercises that will not benefit your performance.


How It Works

We analyse your performance through a variety of fitness tests. Such as a 20m beep test, sprinting times and jumping performance.

What tests are avaliable?

  • Sprinting Analysis

    Measuring 0-40m Sprint times. Every 5m is timed accurately.

  • Jumping Analysis

    Measuring, single leg power, vertical jump power and horizontal jumping power.

  • Bleep Test (Best for sports atheltes)

    20m Shuttle Run with progressive levels

Results

Following a training period based on your initial assessment, we re-test to monitor your improvements and make any adjustments to your training program as necessary.
