This class is slower-paced but more focused, using progressive overload principles to help you lift heavier over time. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your form, BUILD will leave you feeling stronger, more capable, and in control of your training.

BURN is a full-body conditioning class in a circuit format that blends light resistance training, bodyweight exercises, cardio bursts, and core work. This class is designed to keep your heart rate high and your body moving, helping you burn fat, build muscular endurance, and boost energy levels. It's a high-paced, feel-good workout that leaves you sweaty and satisfied.

  • Lighter-medium weights and higher reps

BREAK Class

Intensity. Grit. No Limits.
BREAK is for those who want to push themselves to the edge. This is our most challenging class—combining strength training, explosive plyometrics, and high-intensity conditioning. It’s fast, hard, and designed to test your physical and mental toughness. If you love to work hard and walk away feeling unstoppable, this one’s for you.

  • High-intensity intervals and AMRAP-style sets
  • A mix of heavy lifts and bodyweight movements
  • Plyometrics, sleds, and explosive circuits
