BUILD is our signature strength training class. It’s all about proper lifting technique, building lean muscle, and increasing overall strength. This class is slower-paced but more focused, using progressive overload principles to help you lift heavier over time. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your form, BUILD will leave you feeling stronger, more capable, and in control of your training.
