Workout in a group environment but with an individualised program
Semi-private Training is just as beneficial as personal training. You will have an individualised training program, a fun training environment and more contact time and weekly sessions with an in-person coach.
You will have your own program to follow in the PEAKMYBODY training app. Mike will provide you coaching, form correction any corrective exercises needed and motivation throughout the sessions.
Track your progress with:
weekly pictures, body weight, body measurements to track inches lost and body-fat using our calipers.
