Personal Training is paired with our metabolic analysis service. Every client receives a customised program and metabolic rate report in our Training App.

Metabolic rate is analysed every 4 months so we can make any necessary changes based on your physiology as your body adapts through training and diet.

Our aim is to get you to reach your goals in a safe, effective and efficient manner.

We NEVER endorse or provide low calorie diets, or "fast" weight loss transformations as these fail long term, and potentially build a bad relationship with food.

Depending on where you're currently at and your goals, we expect a 6 month+ commitment to see desired changes and results .

However, there are no contracts and you are free to cancel at anytime.

Our personal training packages include your own program in our workout app, a metabolic rate test every 4 months.

How It Works

You will have your own program to follow in the PEAKMYBODY training app. Mike will provide you coaching, form correction any corrective exercises needed and motivation throughout the sessions.

Track Your Progress

Track your progress with:

weekly pictures, body weight, body measurements to track inches lost and body-fat using our calipers.

Metabolic Analysis

Our metabolic rate report provides you with the calories you need to eat each day to reach your goals.

This test measures your basal metabolic rate, which is the amount of calories you need a day to live and function.

How It Works

Metabolic rate testing is a test where you will lay down for 15-20 minutes while the volume of air you are breathing is measured.

This allows for accurate measurement of how many calories you are burning, and will need to be fueled effectively for your day to day activities, training and to reach your goals.

Why re-test each every 4 months?

As your body changes, so does your metabolic rate. Diet, training and lifestyle factors can cause your metabolic rate to go up or down.

Our aim is to ensure your metabolic rate stays high, as this makes it easier to lose body fat.

This is why we never promote low calorie diets or excessive cardio. As these are shown to drastically reduce your metabolic rate.
